Warranty for SwissMade.sr products is 1 year from date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of case, glass or strap/bracelet. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non observance of the directions provided by SwissMade.sr. Replacements due to faulty water resistance is not covered.

Please save the printed order confirmation. This order confirmation is your warranty. For all other inquiries concerning shipment and returns, please contact us via the contact page. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the product back to SwissMade.sr . You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to SwissMade.sr . Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted. For more details please see here.

You must notify us of your decision to return your faulty product for repair. The notification must be done to SwissMade.sr at Customer Email ([email protected]) with your order number attached. The message must contain the following information: your order number, problems of the watch and the name of the defective or damaged product you wish to repair.

Please note that we only stock spare parts for products that are in the current collection. We do not provide parts for models no longer sold.
