What Personal Information Swissmade.sr collects from you and how we use it:

SwissMade.sr collects personal information when you place an order on our website. By registering and submitting an order, you are consenting to the collection of your personal data. In addition, our Live Chat feature stores all chat conversations for 12 months. These chat transcripts are only accessed by perfectwatch for training purposes so we can improve the service we provide.
