You may request a refund within 15 days of purchase (must be before order is shipped). If 15 days have gone by since your purchase anditem has been shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For refund request or order cancellation within 10 days, the payment processor charges a 3.5% processing fee for refund/order cancellation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Meaning that the watch should not have been worn, plastic protectors and wrapping still attached, no scratches, no links should be removed, leather band must not be cut and no parts must be replaced. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Watch with obvious signs of use
* Watch box has been opened.
* Plastic protective cover has been removed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping and Customs (if applicable)
We have no control over delivery once parcel reaches it’s destination country. While we support the customers with helpful information, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact their local courier service provider or customs(if applicable) regarding delivery time frame and resolve any issues (if applicable)
For instructions on how to return a damaged or faulty product for repair, write to us at [email protected] (to obtain the address to return your item etc). and Mail your product to that specific address (e.g.Yue Xiu Qu,GuangZhou , GuangZhou, 44, , China)
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning item for service or repair. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are not responsible in anyway if the returning items encounter problems with customs (both origin and destination country). Meaning while we support customers throughout the process, it is the customer’s responsibility to have it resolved.
Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. We are no liable to any loss or damage during product return or exchange.
